Project Manager
BGaming is looking for a Project Manager to join the game development department. The role focuses on managing projects related to the development of gaming products, specifically slots, within a high-load environment that operates with limited resources and fixed release deadlines.
The Project Manager coordinates the full cycle of game development by working with cross-functional teams including Game Design, Art, Math, Frontend, Backend, and QA. The primary objective is to ensure predictable and well-managed delivery of gaming products.
- Full-cycle project management from initiation to delivery.
- Managing dependencies across teams and functions.
- Building and maintaining project plans.
- Estimation and validation of project scope and timelines.
- Managing timelines, scope, and priorities.
- Identifying, assessing, and proactively escalating risks.
- Stakeholder management including alignment of expectations and status transparency.
- Organising team workflows and maintaining an effective delivery process.
- Monitoring task execution and ensuring commitments on timelines and scope are met.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in outsourcing or a similar environment (required).
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (required).
- Ability to work with changing requirements and priorities (required).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (required).
- Practical experience managing cross-team or task dependencies (required).
- Fluent in both Russian and English (required).
- Experience in the iGaming industry (nice-to-have).
