Description

The client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Their strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of different Latin American players. They develop and launch their own Casino Games, as well as operate their own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

This role is perfect for those who aim to plan and launch CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push for Casino and Sportsbook. Responsibilities include managing the promo calendar, driving player activation, retention, and reactivation, and building customer segments based on behavioural and transactional data. The role also involves running A/B tests, tracking CRM performance and key metrics, and working with CRM automation tools. Collaboration with Product teams on new GEO launches and product updates is expected, along with suggesting improvements for CRM systems and processes. The individual will take ownership of CRM processes and help them scale.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and launch CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push for Casino and Sportsbook.
  • Manage the promo calendar, including bonuses, free bets, tournaments, and gamification.
  • Drive player activation, retention, and reactivation.
  • Build customer segments based on behavioural and transactional data.
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Track CRM performance and key metrics such as GGR, retention, and ARPU.
  • Work with CRM automation tools such as Optimove, Smartico, Customer.io, or similar.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on new GEO launches and product updates.
  • Suggest improvements for CRM systems and processes.
  • Take ownership of CRM processes and help them scale.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in iGaming. (required)
  • Experience launching CRM campaigns across onboarding, retention, and reactivation. (required)
  • Good understanding of CRM and business metrics such as NGR, Active Days, Churn Rate, and ARPU. (required)
  • Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools such as Tableau or similar. (required)
  • Knowledge of behavioural, value-based, and lifecycle segmentation. (required)
  • Experience working with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams. (required)
  • Upper-Intermediate English for communication in an English-speaking team. (required)
