Primary KYC Specialist
Growe is looking for a Primary KYC Specialist to manage the flow of incoming documents for user verification. The role involves processing documentation manually and reviewing results from third-party identity verification providers to make approval or escalation decisions.
The specialist will be responsible for defining document requirements, detecting fraudulent activity, and identifying inconsistencies in automated verification results. The role requires maintaining high quality control standards, meeting target SLAs, and contributing to the development of effective fraud prevention controls. The role also involves advising clients on missing KYC documents and verification requirements, and utilising various CRM systems and identity verification platforms effectively.
- Manage the flow of incoming documents for primary user verification.
- Process KYC documentation manually, primarily for clients.
- Process and review verification results received from third-party identity verification providers, making approval or escalation decisions where required.
- Define the required set of documents for user verification.
- Detect fraudulent activity in identity, payment, and residence documents, as well as identify inconsistencies in automated verification results.
- Adhere to the expected quality control standards for daily tasks, meet target SLAs, and manage workload efficiently.
- Identify primary fraudulent activities and contribute to the development of effective fraud prevention controls.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data provided by clients.
- Advise clients on missing KYC documents and verification requirements.
- Make decisions on the approval of clients' KYC documentation and third-party verification outcomes.
- Utilize various CRM systems and identity verification platforms effectively.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher (required).
- Ability to process large volumes of data in a short period (required).
- Ability to work within a rotating shift schedule (required).
- Relevant previous experience in the field of customer care, customer onboarding, or customer experience (required).
- Understanding of basic KYC and AML procedures (required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy (required).
