Business Partner
Pin-Up Global is looking for a Business Partner to join their team. This role involves providing end-to-end HR support and acting as a key advisor to HR Service teams, managers, and the CHRO on people and organisational matters.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR processes are effectively implemented to support team development and effectiveness.
- Provide end-to-end HR support for the HR Service teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all core HR processes.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures, adapting them to the needs of the HR Service teams.
- Advise and support employees and managers throughout all HR processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for the HR Service teams, partnering with managers and the CHRO on people and organizational matters.
- Guide and support managers in effectively leading and developing their teams.
- Regularly monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR and organizational matters, providing timely guidance and support.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening the company culture and employer brand.
- Identify the needs of the HR Service teams and implement targeted initiatives to improve team effectiveness and support their development.
- Organize internal events designed to strengthen team collaboration, recognize achievements, and reinforce the company's culture and values.
- Use HR analytics and key people metrics to identify trends, assess risks, and provide data-driven recommendations to managers and the CHRO.
- A proven passion for HR or psychology, with at least three years' relevant experience in the field (required).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful and authentic relationships with diverse personality types (required).
- Strong active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, fostering an environment where all parties feel valued and understood (required).
- Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with senior leaders, including C-level stakeholders (required).
- Proficiency in using Google Docs and Sheets as integral tools in daily tasks, managing them with ease and efficiency (required).
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to contribute to both large initiatives and day-to-day tasks (required).
- English proficiency at B1 level or above (required).
- Experience in managing small HR teams (nice-to-have).
