HR Specialist
Pin-Up Global is looking for an HR Specialist to join their team in Kazakhstan. This role focuses on managing personnel documentation, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and supporting various HR administrative processes within a fast-growing holding company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing time tracking, and overseeing civil contract administration. The role also involves providing internal consultations to employees and assisting with government inspections and reporting requirements.
- Preparation of employment, transfer, and termination documents, including labour contracts and additional agreements.
- Preparation of HR orders related to leave, sick leave, disciplinary actions, incentives, and other personnel matters.
- Formation, maintenance, and updating of employee personal files.
- Ensuring that all HR processes align with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Monitoring adherence to labour discipline, leave policies, sick leave procedures, and internal regulations.
- Supervision of working hours records, time tracking accuracy, and providing validated data to the accounting department.
- Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with military registration requirements.
- Maintaining and updating the staffing schedule, preparing personnel related reports, and ensuring accurate HR data management.
- Preparation of civil contracts, collection of supporting documents, control of contract terms, maintenance of registers, preparation of acceptance acts, and transfer of relevant data to accounting.
- Participation in government inspections and preparation of required documentation.
- Providing consultations to employees regarding HR processes and employment matters.
- Supporting employment of foreign workers including experience in obtaining Temporary Residence Permits.
- Potentially assuming HR admin tasks for another country if and when required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR specialist or personnel administrator (required).
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and relevant regulatory requirements (required).
- Practical experience managing full cycle personnel documentation (required).
- Mandatory experience working with civil contracts (required).
- Experience in recruitment including working with vacancies and candidates (required).
- Proficiency in Excel and HR information systems (required).
- Excellent knowledge of Russian and Kazakh languages (required).
- English language skills (nice-to-have).
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy, and professional communication skills (required).
