TA Specialist
Pin-Up Global is looking for a TA Specialist to join their team. The role focuses on managing high-volume recruitment processes for support and operational positions within a fast-growing business group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring that hiring targets are met while maintaining high quality and speed. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment pipeline.
- Conduct active and passive sourcing of candidates for support specialist positions and operational roles in a mass-hiring format.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from first contact to the candidate's start date.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews.
- Manage 10+ positions open at the same time.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers: identify needs, provide regular feedback on pipeline status.
- Maintain reporting on the hiring pipeline and key metrics (time-to-hire, stage conversion rates, etc.).
- Keep the candidate database up to date.
- 1,5+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer (required)
- Experience in mass/high-volume recruitment (required)
- Fluent Russian and conversational level (B1+) in one of the following languages: English, Uzbek, Spanish, French (required)
- Experience handling a large flow of candidates without losing quality or speed (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (required)
- Responsibility, results-orientation, ability to quickly switch between tasks, stress resistance (required)
- Confident PC skills, experience with ATS systems, Excel (required)
