Compensation is a living system. As Trustly grows, reward structures must evolve alongside it, balancing competitiveness in global talent markets with fairness, transparency, and financial discipline.
You will be responsible for shaping and evolving the company’s compensation philosophy, overseeing global pay review cycles, governing equity programs, and building strong reward analytics that support workforce planning and cost forecasting.
Success in this role is not simply about maintaining reward frameworks. It is about ensuring compensation remains a credible strategic lever for performance, retention, and long-term business growth. You’re a senior reward leader who combines strong commercial judgement with analytical depth and pragmatic execution. You’ve likely built or evolved reward frameworks inside a scaling technology or fintech organisation and are comfortable partnering directly with Finance and executive leadership on compensation strategy. You’re confident working across complex international environments and have the credibility to challenge when necessary while maintaining trust with senior stakeholders.

- Experience leading Total Rewards functions in international organisations (required).
- Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, equity programs, and incentive design (required).
- Experience partnering closely with Finance on workforce modelling and cost forecasting (required).
- Exposure to multi-jurisdiction reward governance, particularly across Europe (required).
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational depth in fast-growing environments (required).
- Experience within fintech or similarly fast-paced global technology companies (nice-to-have).
